(3) Orders and Agreement
All offers made by Anam Coffee are without obligation. An agreement is made between Anam Coffee and the customer when the customer places an order and it is accepted by Anam Coffee. Ordering is performed by transmitting the fully completed online order form. By clicking on “Place Order“, the customer is giving an ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, which has the same status as a handwritten signature. Anam Coffee accepts the order by sending an order confirmation to the customer via e-mail. Anam Coffee will only accept the order once payment has been confirmed.
The product price is the price displayed in EURO for the item at the time of ordering. All product prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges will be added to the order depending on your location and will include VAT at the applicable rate.
Our orders are shipped twice a week on a Monday and on a Thursday. We will send notification when your order has been despatched. An order tracking number will be provided with the shipping confirmation to enable you to track your order. Remember to add your phone contact details with your order as this will aid the courier in getting your order to you. Orders are normally delivered during office hours within 2 working days in Ireland and up to 10 working days for international deliveries.
We are currently shipping to Ireland, Europe and the US and are adding new countries all the time so if you don’t find your country listed let us know on Facebook or send us an email at email@example.com and we may be able to fast track that country.
(6) Right of Return
The customer may cancel the order without stating a reason in writing (postal mail or e-mail), or by returning the ordered merchandise unopened or not damaged in any way within 14 business days of receipt. Please return your unopened goods to our address noted in (2) above.
We cannot accept returns, which are not prepaid. After receiving and checking the returned merchandise, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the customer after full inspection of the returned goods. The customer shall pay the regular cost of return shipment. The product shall be unused, in the condition that the customer received it and it shall be repackaged into its original package. If the merchandise is opened, damaged, destroyed, or consumed, this will preclude the customer’s cancellation right.

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
